Since 1979, Escanda Building Solutions is a Spanish company that has developed, promoted, managed, and built its own real estate projects. We cover a wide area of operation throughout the province of Málaga and throughout the numerous municipalities that make up the Costa del Sol, from Nerja to Estepona, as well as inland in the Axarquía region, primarily around the towns of the Viñuela reservoir, such as Periana, Riogordo, Alcaucín, and Viñuela.
Our business was founded by Jose Martin Alba and is still a family business run by Nacho Martin and his sister Almudena Martin, whose family values are at the forefront of our business.
